How can I track my order? Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your package easily.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
How do I return or exchange an item? Log into your account, go to “Orders”, select the item(s) you wish to return, and follow the instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Are there items that cannot be returned? For hygiene and safety reasons, plush toys (if the hygienic seal is opened) and certain opened play sets are non-returnable.
